Sync Invoices – Manual option

[ Sync Invoices ] button on the < SFX Setup > tab allows you to synchronise any historical invoices or invoices that require manual sync

 

This feature allows you to synchronise invoices and bills 

 

Invoices or bills can be synced from Xero to Salesforce using either date or invoice number de-limited by comma.

 

 

After clicking on [Click to Sync] any un-synchronised invoices are listed below as a result

 

 

The green box displays a successful match with a Salesforce account record, while the red box displays no match. You have the ability to match the account in Salesforce.

 

Once the [ Create/update invoices ] button is clicked, a summary of update is displayed
