Multi-Xero Organisation Configuration 

When using the Multi-Xero Organisation feature, it is important to configure organisations correctly to avoid sync issues or duplicate mappings.

The Primary Xero Organisation must always remain connected and must not be added to the Multi-Org section.

The Primary organisation is the main Xero organisation authenticated and connected to Salesforce. It should remain as the default connection and must never be duplicated inside the Multi-Xero Organisation section.

When Connecting a New Xero Organisation

  • Click Reconnect.

  • Select the new Xero organisation in Xero.

  • Re-select the Primary Organisation in Salesforce.

Upon clicking, you will be re-directed to Xero login 



 Upon successfully logging in, you will be asked to allow access followed by connect to Xero org






You have now successfully connected to your Xero org


Following this step, back on the SFX Setup tab, click on [ Select/Change Xero Org ] 

 Select your Xero Org and click [ Save ]


The below screen shot should show the selected Xero Org




After completing the above steps:

  • Add the new organisation in the Multi-Org section.

  • The new organisation will appear in the dropdown list.

  • Select the new organisation and click Save.

Select the required Xero org




Remember to click [ Save ] button to save the settings



This completes adding your second org.
